Ken's Steak House, Fat Free Raspberry Pecan Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp,

Here is how you make Spinach Steak Salad with Mango:

1 Dinner serving or 2 luncheon plates.Grill or broil a 3 oz. piece of porterhouse steak for 2 minutes on each side. Slice very thin and set aside.On a dinner or luncheon plate (depending on whether you're making one or two servings) spread the Baby Leaf Spinach to create the bed for the salad. Sprinkle on top of the spinach the finely chopped cucumber, pepper, onion and mango. (These veges blend nicely and create a "chutney" base to the salad.) Arrange the steak slices on top of the veges. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. (I use steak pepper seasoning for added zest.) Add slices of avocado and sprinkle the feta cheese on top of the steak.
