Here is how you make Pittsburgh Steak Salad:

Slice Potatoes into wedges. Drizzle with olive oil, Salt and Pepper. Roast in a pre-heated oven @ 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until fork tender. (Turn once during roasting.)Place greens on a plate. Add tomato wedges, sliced cucumber, slices of steak, potatoe wedges and shredded cheddar cheese.
