-"Sour cream" - just kidding! 2% Greek Yogurt tastes the same, but is "better" for you. One very heaping teaspoon divided into three "splatters."

*Recipe for "Guacamole" - keep a salsa container about 1/4-1/3 full, and mash up an avocado in it. I'm assuming it will yield about 8 servings of 2-3 heaping spoonfuls. I'm not sure though.
