Here is how you make Israeli Salad (Tomato Cucumber Salad):

Cut the cucumbers in half length wise and scoop out the seeds. Peel the skin off. Cut to bite size pieces. Takes about 2 med cucumbers. Chop the rest of the veges to bite size pieces and mix together. Add the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. This will taste best if allowed to sit for awhile.
