1 or 2 cloves garlic (use garlic press)
1 1/2 C fine grated yellow zucchini (summer squash)
1/4 C fine grated red onion (about half of a small)
1/4 C chopped kalamata olives
1/3 C roasted red peppers chopped (about 2 whole)
4 T feta cheese
1/4 C fresh basil (or some dried if you don't have fresh)
