Drain tuna using a sieve and flaking slightly. Mix 1st 6 ingredients (all except seasonings) in a small bowl. Allow ingredients to meld x 10 minutes - preferably in fridge. Taste then add seasonings to your taste (mine are in recipe).The values are based on 2 servings of 1/2 recipe each.
