1 carrot, julienned
1 onion, sliced very thin
4 slices Oscar Mayer turkey bacon
1/2 cup Miracle Whip light
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup Kraft shredded 2% cheddar

Here is how you make Broccoflower Salad:

Preheat oven to 400. Place turkey bacon on cookie sheet and cook for 10 minutes watching to make sure it does not burn. Once out of the oven, blot off any visible oil with folded paper towels. Once cool, chop into small bits and save. wash and chop broccoflower into small bits. Add carrots and onions. Mix Miracle Whip, honey and vinegar in small bowl and pour over veggies and toss.
