I just made this tonight. It is based on another sparkpeople recipe that I found that used chicken. Since I'm living in Europe it was hard for me to follow exactly, so I made due and it came out great.I figured that I would post it because I am assuming that many people have post-thanksgiving turkey that they will be trying to do creative things with for the next couple of weeks, so this is a healthy, delicious, high-protein option.
