Spray heated medium cook pot with liquid margerine and add scallions and saute, add mushrooms,seasonings, 1 2/3 cups milk and bring to scalding not boiling. mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 1/3 cup reserved milk then add to scalded mik and continue to stir till thickened. Add salmon and cauliflower and leave on low temp till cauliflower is warmed.Serve right away.
