1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 med stalks celery, chopped

1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp blackening seasoning
6 oz lump crabmeat
8 oz raw shrimp, chopped
1 cup frozen cut okra

Here is how you make Lynn's Seafood Gumbo:

Heat the oil in a 5 qt saucepan over medium high heat. Add celery, onion, pepper and garlic and cook stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until softened. Stir in flour and cook until mixture bubbles about 1-2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings . Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the okra, shrimp and crabmeat and simmer for 20 minutes longer.
