Toss cabbage with salt, let sit 1 hour. Combine sugar, water, vinegar, celery & mustard seed in large saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Drain cabbage. Add dressing mixture. Toss to coat. Cool. Put on freezer containers. Keeps froze for 3 months. To serve, thaw overnight in fridge.
