2 cloves Garlic ( minced)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (chopped)
Onions, raw, 1 small (chopped)
2 tsp Knorr Vegetable Bouillon
2 cups Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen,
Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2")
11 cups (8 fl oz) Water


How Do I Make Bean, Corn, Barley Soup?

Here is how you make Bean, Corn, Barley Soup:

Drain beans and barley. Add them to pot with the 11 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Skim any foam that rises. Add garlic and onion. Lower heat and continue to cook partially covered for 45 minutes or until beans and barley are tender. Add buillion cube according to your taste. Add carrot, celery and frozen corn. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes. Optional. pound 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp pepercorn in a mortar until broken up. Add 1/4 cup parsley and 2tsp extra virgin olive oil.Mix into a rough paste.
