1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 lb bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp Bacon Salt
1 c fat free sour cream

Here is how you make Black Bean Bacon Soup:

Cook bacon in large saucepan until brown, but not crispy. Add the fresh vegetables and saute for about 15 minutes, until onions and peppers are soft. Remove from heat. Stir in tomatoes and 1 can of black beans, along with the seasonings. Puree mixture in food processor. Put mixture back in sauce pan and add the other can of beans. Simmer on low heat, about 10 minutes, until soup is hot and steam rolls off of it. Turn off heat. Stir in sour cream.Serving Size:?10 appetizer servingsNumber of Servings: 10
