2 - 15 oz cans Mexican style stewed tomatores
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 bread crumbs
1 lb ground pork

Step 1Mix pork, bread crumbs and onion to form meatballs. Heat some olive oil in skillet. Brown meatballs. Set asideStep 2Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Saute until vegetables are tender about 5 minutes.Step 3Drain and rinse beans. Combine sauteed vegetables, beans, water and undrained tomatores in a large saucepan. Stir in cumin, coriander and pepper.Step 4Cook stirring occasinally, over medium low heat for 15 minutes. Spoon 1/2 of bean mixture into a blender containder. Process until purred. Return to sauce pan.Step 5Add meatballs. Cook soup, stirring occastionally, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
