I added 2 cups stock, 1 can of diced tomatoes plus the juice, the beans, ham and all the veggies into a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer about an hour to mix the flavors. Add the cup of pasta noodles, and boil for 10 minutes to fully cook. Amazing blend of flavors, very low calorie and almost no fat! Omitting the ham makes it vegan as well.
