I cooked the lima beans for about an hour in the chicken broth w/ the ham. This gives the beans a really yummy flavor but you can used canned for a faster soup.Saute the potatoes in a non stick pan sprayed w/ pam to get a little crispiness to the potatoes. Add the onion and celery and saute until onions are clear and potatoes begin to soften.
