In a large sacepan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. add pancetta and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towl and set aside.2. In sacepan, heat remaining oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and celery; saute for 6 minutes.3. Add carrots, cabbage, hot pepper flakes, stock, tomatoes with juice, basil, red wine and beans; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.4. Bring to a gentle boil and add pancetta and pasta; simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm, stirring occasionally.
