One large onion, diced
One banana pepper, chopped

1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
2 carrots, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 slices of turkey bacon, diced
One 12 oz can of tomato sauce
4 oz white wine (Riesling)
3/4 cup of salsa
8 - 10 cups of water
3 chicken bullion cubes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Soak the beans according to the package directions and set aside.Brown the onions in olive oil and add to beans.Brown the peppers in olive oil and add mince garlic after a few minutesScrape the pan and add more olive oil to brown the carrots.
