Brown the chorizo sausage, casings removed. Drain. Sauté vegetables (minus tomatoes) in same pan. Stir in refried black beans and slowly add chicken stock, stirring until smooth. Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes. Add diced tomatoes to pot. Heat through.
