Here is how you make Beef Barley and Veg Soup:

Makes 14 - 1 Cup Sized ServingsI started with 14 cups of Water/ 8 Boullion cubesDiced Beef, potatoes, onions, Vegetables and barley, stirring while heating. Once it all comes to a boil, I turn it down to medium low or simmer so the barley softens and all other ingredients blend flavors.. Once all has been softened, I add 1.5 packets dry store brand gravy mix and turn it all on low, stirring just to be sure barley isn't sticking. I reaize there are many more approaches to this recipes and more vegetables can be added but this helped me to use leftovers and stil stay within my limit for dinner.
