Add cooked beef and stir. Deglaze with a bit of the stock, then add barley, the rest of the stock, spaghetti sauce, salt, other seasonings and Worchestershire. Put cover on pressure cooker and bring to high pressure. Keep at high pressure for 20 minutes, do a quick pressure release. Stir, add carrots, stir again. Recover and bring back to pressure, cook an additional 10 mintutes. Quick release.
