Here is how you make Beef Soup:

This makes about 15 servings - probably about 1.5-2 cups per serving. I browned the meat first by sprinkling flower and less than 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Meanwhile, I added the stock, water and began chopping up the ingredients and adding them in. Once the meat was browned, I placed it in the soup pot to get tender.I brought the soup to a boil and lowered it to a simmer for about 40 minutes. I added two cups of orzo for the final 8 minutes of cooking. I store these in emptied glass tomato sauce jars. This soup also freezes and thaws well. The salt information is incorrect as I used low sodium broth and rinsed the beans. I also did not add any additional salt.Hope you enjoy!
