4 Red Potatoes, peeled and diced
1 C. Carrots, sliced thinly
2 Cans Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
2 C. Freshed Green Beans or Frozen, cut up
2 Medium Stalks Celery, cut up
1 TBS. fresh or dried chives
2 C. Water
2 Bay Leaves
1 TBS. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TSP. Salt
1 TSP. Pepper

Here is how you make Bicngillette's Very Own Beef Vegetable Soup:

In a large soup pot or pan, add olive oil and heat on medium high heat. Add meat and diced onion to oil and saute until meat is slightly browned and onions are translucent. Add 3 cans of beef broth and 2 cups of water. Dice the potatoes, carrots, green beans and celery and add to soup. Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes. Add chives, bay leaves, salt and pepper.
