2 -14 oz cans of water
2 tsp Beef Soup Base
1 large (46oz) can tomatoe juice ( V-8 can be used)
4 Medium potatoes, cut bite sized
2 cups frozen carrots
2 cups fraozen green beans
3 cups cabbage


How Do I Make No Beef Vegetable Soup?

Here is how you make No Beef Vegetable Soup:

In a 1o quart stock pot add the Broth, water, half of the tomatoe juice, onion and the potatoes. Cook over med-high heat for 15 minutes. Add frozen veggies and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add the rest of the tomatoe juice, soup base and cabbage. Continue to simmer until cabbage is tender. About 15 minutes.This is great to freeze and have on hand for lunches.
