Brown sausage with celery and onions and drain well. Dice potatoes small, add just enough water to cover them to the sausage mixture and boil a few minutes. Add minestrone soup, green beans, and remaining canned ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. I add soutwest Mrs Dash for an extra kick. Super easy! I make 10 1.5 cup containers to freeze for lunches.
