Over medium high heat, heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add the onion and saut? until translucent (about 3 minutes). Add broccoli florets and zucchini and continue to saut? for another 5 minutes. At this point, add the broth and lemon slices, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to low and allow soup to simmer for 20 minutes.
