2 scoops GNC Unflavored Whey Protein

Here is how you make Broccoli Soup + Protein:

If using fresh broccoli, cut off the heads of the stalks and cut into small pieces. May chop and include stalks if you so choose. Bring water to a boil in large pot. When boiling, add a few shakes of salt. Pour in broccoli. Salt again. Boil broccoli until tender. Separate Broccoli from broth. SAVE BROTH. Fill blender approx 3/4 full with broccoli. Add broth until blended to a *thick* but smooth consistency. Pour broccoli into bowl and set to side. Fill blender with 12-16 oz of broth. Add 2 scoops of unflavored protein powder. Blend until mixed thoroughly. Slowly pour protein/broth into pureed broccoli, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy. Serving Size: Makes 8-10 servings.
