Here is how you make Linda's Buffalo Soup:

1) Peel and dice all the vegetables. Set them aside.2) Put the oil in a hot skillet. Add the ground buffalo meat. Cook the meat until it starts to brown. Add the diced vegetables. Cook them with the meat until they also start to brown.3) Sprinkle the packet of beef flavour from the Mr. Noodles soup, over the ground meat mixture. Stir.4) Pour the chicken broth slowly over everything, stirring while doing so, to deglaze the pot.5) Add the garlic plus 2 cups water, and let the soup simmer for about 1 hour or more.6) Crush and add the noodles from the Mr. Noodles package.
