1 Envelope Lipton Dry Beefy Onion Soup Mix
1 XL Knorr Beef Bouillon Cube
1/2 Bottle V-8 Juice (Use "Spicy" for more of a kick)
2 Cups Swanson Beef Bouillon

Sautee Onion, Celery, Carrot, and Green Bell Pepper in Olive Oil until slightly soft. Add garlic, cook one more minute. Add all other ingredients. Simmer on low for at least 2 hours.
