This cabbage soup is great. Honestly, I won't eat cabbage or cole slaw but I love, love, love this soup.You may need to add some extra broth the next day.Shredded carrots are also goo to add. If you want to add them put them in with the celery.I stole the recipe from my Aunt :)

Here is how you make Cabbage Soup (Thanks Aunt Liz!):

Chop up celery and onion. Place in pot and cover with some broth and bay leaf, celery salt, Old Bay seasoning, and pepper. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.Add bag of mix and the rest of broth.
