8 oz frozen boneless skinless chicken tenderloin
1 cup onions, raw, chopped
2 cups potato, raw, diced
3 cups chopped or sliced carrots, raw
8 cups water
1/2 cup spaghetti/marinara sauce (tomato sauce)
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Knorr chicken bouillon

Here is how you make Chilled Carrot Soup:

Set aside the garlic.Put water in a pan and turn on the heat to high. Add chicken still frozen. Add bouillon. Chop and add vegetables. Use tongs and kitchen shears to cut the chicken, now thawed, into chunks, directly back into the pan. Add marinara sauce. Cook until veggies are all tender. Use a potato masher to partial mash the mix, or take out a portion to puree it, and add it back in. Add garlic, stir.Refrigerate until chilled, preferably overnight. My guests are always surprised--and usually love it~But I make it because I'M the one who loves it most!
