Here is how you make Cauliflower Leek Soup:

Wash and chop all vegetables. Put all vegetables into a pot with the spices and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer until all vegetables are soft. Let cool slightly. Take in batches and puree in a blender. Put into a large bowl and once all vegetables are pureed, stir. The soup will be fairly thick and creamy like texture.
