1 c chopped Healthy Choice Smoked Sausage (kielbasa type)

Here is how you make Cheese and Veggie Soup:

In medium saucepan, boil water. Add vegetables and boil until vegetables are soft (if adding cooked vegetables, add AFTER uncooked veggies are almost done and return to low boil). Remove from heat- DO NOT DRAIN. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, melt butter on medium heat; add salt, pepper and flour. Heat until bubbly. Add milk, stir well. Add undrained vegetables, stir in cheese and sausage, heat for few minutes or until cheese is melted.
