12 oz extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup minced onions
1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Here is how you make Rome on the Range Soup:

Preheat oven to 450F.Combine coarsely chopped tomatoes, red peppers, and onion with garlic, olive oil, thyme, and rosemary in a very large roasting pan. It's best if the vegetables are in a single layer.Roast veggies for 15 minutes. Stir and turn oven onto broiler. Broil veggies for another 10 minutes.Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs. Combine all meatball ingredients and mix well. Form 48 mini meatballs. Set aside.Remove veggies from oven.
