Here is how you make Bob's Sunday Soup:

In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat and saute onion and celery until tender. (steam carrots in microwave and add those as well). Stir in cream of chicken soup and broth. Add rice, shredded chicken, spices and 3/4 cup of cheese. Stir together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cream and chopped cilantro.
