Saute carrots and parsnips with parsley. Add paprika then a little water. Add frozen peas. Once peas are soft add 2 litres of water and vegeta. Cook for 30 minutes. While soup is cooking make dumplings. Beat one egg add salt and some water. Mix in the flour. This makes a thick dough. Use a tsp and cut dough into the boiling soup. Once the dumplings rise to the top, soup is ready. Add the rest of the parsley just before serving.
