1 bag Frozen Spinach
1 box mushrooms

4 1/2 inch chunks Fresh Ginger ( chopped in Cuisinart)
7 cloves of Fresh Garlic, minced
Spices: Salt, Bay leaf, Red Pepper

How Do I Make Energy Soup?

Here is how you make Energy Soup:

Place Broccoli, Spinach, Mushrooms, Carrots, and Bay leaf in a large pot with the chicken broth and the Coconut milk. Turn on high to boil, then turn down to simmer. Saute Onion in Olive Oil until translucent gold. Add onion, ginger, garlic into pot. Let it come to a boil again and simmer for 18 minutes. Using hand immersion blender, puree til smooth.After pureed, add juice of 2 limes, crushed red pepper, and cilantro (opt).
