Here is how you make Nettle Soup:

Saute onions, carrots, parsnip, celery, yams until beginning to soften. Add chicken broth and leftover water from blanching nettles, or vegetable broth, and bring to a simmer. When the vegetables are soft add greens, garlic, and basil. Cook 5 minutes more, then puree with immersion blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
