Here is how you make MoonChild Healthier Chilli Soup:

REMEMBER TO TASTE THROUGHOUT so as not to over or under season; everyone's seasoning tastes are different!Begin cooking in a non stick pan the chicken til crumbly; season slightly & add 2 of the 5 cloves of chopped garlic, and half all other seasonings and stir.Remove the 3/4 cooked chicken from pan leaving as much juice from the meat in the pan as possible (non stick pans & juice mean no added oil/fat!)Saut? up the remainder garlic, onion, bell pepper and sliced mushrooms until tender but not soft.In large pot, on medium high, transfer all ingredients.Don't let a drop of juice escape! Add all remainder spices and continue cooking until chicken is just done, then add all remainder ingredients, stir well and continue cooking on medium high for approx. 10 mins.Let sit for a few minutes to blend/cool and yum yum have some!Fridge freezer friendly up to a month.
