Melt butter in big pot. chop carrots and onion. add t pot. cook 15 minutes until carrots and onions are softened. Add broth and bring to boil. Simmer 30 minutes. Add coconut milk (should say 2-13.5 oz cans) and thai sauce. simmer 15 more minutes.
