* Frozen Broccoli/Cauliflower, 1 bag (any size)
* Zucchini, 3 medium, sliced
* Collards, 1 cup, chopped
* Organic Chicken stock, 6 cups
* Salt, 4 tbsp
* Chili powder, 1 tbsp
* Paprika, 1 tsp


How Do I Make Veggi Collard Soup?

Here is how you make Veggi Collard Soup:

Saute onions, celery and carrot in a large soup pot on med-low heat for about 5 min. or until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients to the pot, bring heat up, then bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce heat to med-low and simmer for 25 min. Remove from heat, let cool for about 15 min. Use slotted spoon to transfer veggies to a blender, fill only about half way, and blend until smooth. Add some of the broth to the blender and combine. Repeat process until all is blended.
