1/2 C. fat free skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Here is how you make Condensed Cream of Mushroom/Onion/Garlic Soup:

Makes 4 servings as a soup alone or 6 servings when combined in a casserole.In a medium skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt and pepper. Saute mushrooms until brown and tender and all liquid has evaporated. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Remove mushrooms mixture from skillet.Melt butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in flour a little at a time until smooth. Reduce heat to low and add broth and milk slowly, stirring until thick and bubbly. Add mushroom mixture back into skillet and add the 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper.
