Here is how you make Creamy Spring Asparagus Soup:

Melt butter in medium pot over medium low heat. Add leek and cook, stirring often, until tender, about 10 min. Add broth and potato and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, add asparagus and simmer gently until potato and asparagus are tender (approx 15 min.). Remove pot from heat and carefully transfer soup to blender in batches and puree until smooth. Return soup to pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and whish in sour cream.
