Here is how you make Creamy Tortellini Soup (Instant Pot):

1. Brown Turkey on Sauté 2. Place Turkey, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, Italian seasoning, bouillon , salt, and stock The bottom of the Instant Pot. Add tortellini on top (DO NOT STIR) put on lid, and cook on Manual High Pressure for 3 minutes. 3. When 3 minutes is up, quick release the pressure. Set Pot to Sauté and stir in the cornstarch mixture with the half and half and milk. Stir constantly until soup heats up and thickens. 4. Add in the spinach, mixing thoroughly until wilted and serve. NOTE: the Tortellini will absorb the liquid when soup is stored. Add some broth and/or milk when reheating so soup becomes more liquid again.
