Divide cauliflower into flowerets. Peel onions and potatoes, Chop onions, potatoes and chard into large chunks and add to stock pot with bouillon , water, garlic, lemon juice and cauliflower. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 25 to 30 minutes-potatoes need to be fork tender. Blend into a smooth mixture-I used my immersion blender.
