This is a yummy recipe my mom had forever in an old recipe box (I don't remember who else it came from). Its a good one that you can start preparing the night before, throw it all together in the morning, and finish when you get home from work. Filling and delicious on its own, and low on calories (as long as you watch the amount of extras you put with it!). Prep time is about 30 minutes, cook time is 7-8 hours on low heat.

Cover, cook on low 7-8 hours.--Puree contents of pot and return them to crockpot to keep soup hot.
