1/2 cup cashews (raw or roasted, doesn't matter)
1 tsp Vegeta vegetable stock
4 cups water
1 tsp Keens curry powder

Here is how you make Curried Cauli-Broc Soup:

Place water & stock in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add potato, return to a simmer for about 2min. Add cauliflower & cashews, simmer 2 min. FInally add zucchini, broccoli & curry powder & simmer 2 min. All your vegetables should be tender now. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a minute or two, then use a stick blender to puree the soup. Return to heat if neccessary, then ladle into bowls to serve.
