6 cups beef broth, or mixture beef broth and water
1 leek, white and green parts, split, cleaned and sliced, OR 4 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup orzo

~ Thoroughly mix beef with onions, garlic, 1 tablspoon mint, 1.5 teaspoons dill, salt, pepper and a pinch of cinnamon. Form walnut size balls, using about 1 tablespoon mixture for each. Transfer to plate. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.~ Add broth to saucepan and bring to a boil. Add meatbals, and a pinch of cinnamon. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add leek (but not green onions) and orzo. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta and meatballs are tender, adding green onions (if using) after 5 minutes. Add remaning mint and dill.
