How Do I Make Duck Soup?

Here is how you make Duck Soup:

Add water and leftover/ cooked duck to a pot and simmer over a med heat for at least 2 hours, but preferably as long as possible to get as much flavour as possible into the stock. Remove the duck and remove meat from bones if necessary, adding a cup of the meat back to the stock. Raise the temperature and bring to a boil. Add a packet pre-chopped stir fry vegetables. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Add Chinese Egg noodles and let simmer another 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, stir, taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Serve while hot.
