My family's fallback easy dinner!! Super yummy, always a fave! You canreally muck with the veggies too, whatever is leftover in the fridge gets thrown in ours. Also we throw in either garlic sausage or turkey sausage too, and fry it up before adding in any of the veggies.

Here is how you make Easy Italian Soup:

Heat oil in dutch oven, saute onions and carrots, when almost cooked through, add celery. When all veggies are tender, add in can of diced tomatoes and let come to a simmer. Add water and spices (a healthy amount always goes over well here!!) and let come to a simmer again. Add chicken noodle soup mix and let the soup come to a boil, when the noodles are cooked through, the soup is ready.
